Return for a Refund:

Return for a refund on any order is permitted up to 30 days after your order arrives at the shipping address specified for your order. If you need to return your order, please contact us within the 30-day return period to request an RMA.

Return for an Expedited Replacement:

Didn’t connect to the ISP for me but seemed to work fine otherwise. Will probably work just fine for someone else if they know how to fiddle with the settings better than me. Seller was very receptive and prompt on the return and refund, would recommend.

I purchased because I needed a new modem & wireless router. It was the EXACT model and specifications required by my wireless carrier.
However I subsequently had a lot of issues with my wireless carrier and ended up swapping out this one for the “New & improved” version from the carrier. Was told that this model was “outdated” and wouldn’t work properly. (Found out it was actually the wireless carrier’s issue and NOT my Modem/Router issue.)
