Working well overall.
Prior house we were having a bunch of DSL drops, but I was fairly certain that this issue was centurylinks side NOT the modems, since this was literally the 4th modem I had on the line and the drops were still happening.
Now that I have moved to a new house/town, I am 100% sure that the modems were never the issue, as this modem has been hooked up for 3 weeks now… and not a single DSL drop.

After setting up the modem sent to me I began experiencing problems with its connection. The best I could tell, the issue was with the modem. I contacted customer service regarding my issue and they provided a prompt response. After ensuring I had performed basic modem diagnostic steps to try to get the modem to work, they promptly sent me a replacement unit.
Based on their customer service I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

If you love Centurylink FIOS and it uses this type modem. It’s basically plug and use. You’ll have to change your devices to find it and use its passphrase. But for under $50 this unit is paid for in 5 months, then you start reaping the benefit of not paying Centurylink $10/month for a leased unit. Once your leased unit is returned, Centurylink lowers you monthly bill.
