Reliable Digital Broadband Service with Cisco DPC3010

The DPC3010 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem provides DOCSIS broadband service. As a result, it provides a cost-effective solution for delivering high-speed, reliable service.

The DPC3010 provides a faster connection to the Internet, by putting eight bonded downstream channels and four bonded upstream channels. These bonded channels deliver downstream data rates in excess of 320 Mbps and upstream data rates up to 120 Mbps. It’s up to eight times faster than older single-channel DOCSIS 2.0 cable modems.

Please note that this product is a modem only, and does not have built-in WiFi. If wireless is needed for your setup, a WiFi router can be purchased separately.

Tested to Work

All our CISCO DPC3010 cable modems are tested to be 100% working before they are shipped. We test for symptoms of failure or defects such as power issues and random resets. We check all physical ports and do a bandwidth test.

What is the return policy?

Return for a Refund:

Return for a refund on any order is permitted up to 30 days after your order arrives at the shipping address specified for your order. If you need to return your order, please contact us within the 30-day return period to request an RMA.

I have to reboot it weekly. Not sure if it is my ISP or this modem. Very annoying.

I bought this about 2 years ago as a used/refurbished for a dirt cheap price of under $20. It worked great for all this time till about a month or so ago when it started having issues. Major issue is with it restarting every so often and causing connection disruptions. Cable company (Cox) checked on their end and found no issue and the tech suggested that it may be time to replace the modem. When hardwired to my laptop while running a speed test, it restarts as soon as the upload test begins. So it seems like it is not able to take a sudden surge of data as upload.
But all in all, for the amount of $ I spent it served its purpose.
