The Touchstone Arris DG860A DOCSIS 3.0 data gateway cable modem supports 8 x 4 channel bonding for up to 320Mbps of broadband data. It combines a 4-port gigabit router and a 2.4GHz 802.11n wireless access point in a single integrated device.

The Arris DG860A serves as the hub of service delivery in the subscriber’s home providing high-speed data and IP video to wired and wireless connected devices. This model will bring high speed data to your whole home.

Using multi-processor technology, the DG860A can simultaneously achieve high bandwidth DOCSIS performance without affecting the superior Wi-Fi® and other gateway performance. This feature packed unit will lead the future for advanced home and small office services.

Does the Arris DG860A model support Telephone?

No. This model does not have a telephone port and will not support telephone service. Please check out the TG1672G or the TG862G as those have similar specs with the telephone included.

Does the Arris DG860A have backup battery capability?

No. This model does not have a battery backup slot built in. If you’re looking for an Arris modem that does have battery backup capability, please check out the any model ending in ‘G’ e.g. TG862G, TG1672G, or TM822G, to name a few.

What is the return policy?

Return for a Refund:

Return for a refund on any order is permitted up to 30 days after your order arrives at the shipping address specified for your order. If you need to return your order, please contact us within the 30-day return period to request an RMA.

Return for an Expedited Replacement:

Return for a replacements are permitted up to 90 days after the date your order was marked as delivered at your shipping address. Please contact us to request one.
