All our equipment is cleaned, tested by certified technicians, and covered by our no-hassle 90-day warranty for end users. If you discover a problem within the warranty period, please contact us immediately and we will work to get the issue corrected right away.
If a replacement is in stock, we will ship it out within 1 business day (security deposit may be required for advanced replacements). If we do not have a replacement available we will give you the choice to wait until the replacement is available or to receive a refund for your order. Either way, we want your experience to be hassle free. If you decide to receive a refund, we will schedule the pickup of the equipment at your location so you don’t have to go to a shipper to return it.

How do I start a warranty service request?
All you need to do to start a warranty service request is contact us by phone or email letting us know what’s wrong with your equipment, as well as your order number. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day!
What is covered under the warranty?
